¶ “ADB Inks $820 Million Loan For Twelve Renewable Energy Projects In Thailand” • The Asian Development Bank and Gulf Renewable Energy Company Limited signed an $820 million loan to fund construction of twelve renewable energy projects in Thailand. ¶ “Half Million Wind Technicians Needed By 2028” • About 532,000 new wind technicians will need to be hired worldwide by 2028 to meet the increasing demand for onshore and offshore wind, according to the Global Wind Energy Council.
