¶ “Onshore Wind Takes 990 MW In AR6” • Around 990 MW of onshore wind capacity was secured under the UK’s Allocation Round 6 auction. A total of 21 projects were awarded the 15-year government backed contracts at a strike price of £50.90/MWh. That clearing price came in well below the £64/MWh bid ceiling set prior to the tender.
